So far I was able to do:
Foot to Foot Crunch - 30 (15 per side)
Alternating Knee Raise Crunches - 30 (15 each leg)
Push Through - 20
Leg Raises - 30
Arm Reaching Crunch - 30
Leg Up Touch Crunch - 20
Cross Arm Crunch - 30
Double Crunch - 10 (ah by far the hardest IMO! lol)
Geeze that video guy makes it look easier than it was. x) But I feel the burn and I love it. Day four done!
20 minutes of zumba
30 minutes pop pilates
30 minutes brisk walk
